Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the article, finish and producer. Many items are being put into production specifically for your order, therefore, the manufacturer will determine the time to have the product ready: this is why the time is not indicated on the product page.

Once we have received the order and payment, we verify the delivery time and share it with you. If your purchase is in stock, the order is shipped within 48 hours. Most items are not in stock and are shipped between 2 and 4 weeks or, in rare cases, after a longer time.An additional email will be sent with the shipping details and tracking code once the goods leave our warehouse for delivery.

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often within 48 hours, but there are situations where it may take longer. All estimates are based on business days.

If you have ordered multiple items with different ship readiness dates, you may receive separate shipments. Delivery will typically take days or weeks depending on whether we have it in stock or we are making the product exclusively for you as a handmade product.

When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, if the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at woodesignstore@gmail.com within 3 business days after receiving your order. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.
